Notion-powered · Embeds anywhere

Your entire backlist, one widget. Embed it anywhere.

Powered by your Notion database—embed it in Notion, WordPress, Elementor, Squarespace, Wix, ShowIt, Carrd, or anywhere that accepts HTML. Comes with a free pre-built Notion template to get you started in minutes. Sell your backlist, spotlight other authors, share your TBR, build affiliate income.

Use cases

One widget. More uses than you think.

Series landing pages

One widget, one series. Embed it on a dedicated landing page so new readers always know where to start—and can buy book one in two taps.

Standalones

Works just as well for standalone titles. Surface your full catalog of non-series books in one clean, scrollable widget.

Affiliate recommendations

Not just your own books. Curate a 'Books I Love' list and earn affiliate income every time a reader clicks through to Amazon, Bookshop, or any other retailer you're signed up with.

Spotlight other authors

Feature BIPOC writers, debut authors, or books by friends and mentors. Build a curated recommendation widget and embed it anywhere on your site.

Audiobooks

A dedicated audiobook widget with square cover art—the format listeners expect. Surface Audible, Libro.fm, Chirp, and Downpour links so audio-first readers never have to hunt.

Libraries & borrows

Highlight Libby and Hoopla so readers who prefer to borrow can find you instantly, right alongside every purchase option.

TBR lists

Share your own to-be-read pile. Build a widget of books you're excited about, embed it on your blog or newsletter landing page, and earn affiliate income when readers add them to their own TBR.

Your full backlist

Every title. One widget.

Series, standalones, or a mix of both—readers can scroll your whole catalog and jump straight to the store they prefer.

Why it works

Every book you've written, organized and shared with intention.

Your links live in one place

Every retailer URL for every book, in a single Notion database you own. No more hunting through old emails, publisher portals, or spreadsheets when a reader asks where to buy. Your master link library is always one click away—and always up to date.

Update once, update everywhere

When a pre-order goes live, a new edition drops, or a retailer changes your link, you fix it in Notion and every embed on every page reflects it instantly. No chasing down old blog posts or outdated link pages.

Curation is the point

A backlist widget isn't just a list—it's an editorial choice about what you surface and how. Pin a first-in-series to the front. Spotlight a title that's been overlooked. Curate a TBR of books you love. The widget puts that intention front and center for every reader who finds you.

Recommend with confidence

Authors who recommend other authors build community and earn trust. With a dedicated widget for curated picks or spotlight lists, those recommendations are organized, linkable, and earning you affiliate income every time someone clicks through.

Embed it anywhere

Your Notion workspace, your WordPress site, your Squarespace portfolio, your Elementor page, your Wix store, your ShowIt template—one widget, embedded everywhere your readers find you. No rebuilding the same list on every platform.

You own your data

Your books live in a Notion database that belongs to you. Not locked into a third-party book page tool, not dependent on a subscription that could disappear. Your catalog, your database, your terms. A free pre-built template is included so you can duplicate it and start adding books immediately—no setup from scratch required.

What it does

Everything the widget does for you.

28+ retailers built in

Amazon, B&N, Apple Books, Kobo, Audible, Google Play, Scribd, Libro.fm, Chirp, Hoopla, Libby, BookShop, Waterstones, Blackwell's, and more—icon buttons for every store.

Series-smart sorting

Books within a series sort by number, then publication date. Standalones follow newest-first. No manual ordering required.

Filter tabs

Readers can browse by series, standalones, or upcoming releases with one tap. Tabs appear automatically when your catalog has more than one series, and you can toggle them off per widget if you prefer a clean look.

Book detail lightbox

Click any cover to open a full panel with the book's cover art, blurb, top three buy links, and a shortcut to every other store it's listed on.

Globe overflow panel

Tap the globe icon on any card to see the full list of every retailer that book is on—no store ever gets buried.

Pre-order & Coming Soon

Mark a book Pre-order and it shows a blue badge with live retailer links to your pre-order pages. Mark it Coming Soon and the cover appears with a greyed overlay—no buttons, just a teaser for what's next.

Featured pin

Check the Featured box on any book and it jumps to the front of the widget, ahead of all series and date ordering. Perfect for a new release or a first-in-series you want readers to discover first.

Affiliate tag injection

Enter your Amazon, Bookshop.org, and Kobo affiliate IDs once in your widget settings. They're appended to every matching link automatically—no need to touch individual book URLs in Notion.

Click analytics

See exactly which books and which retailers readers are clicking, updated in real time on your setup page. Know what's working without leaving your dashboard.

Square audiobook covers

For audiobook widgets, add an Audiobook Cover URL field to Notion and enable square tile mode. Covers display in the 1:1 format listeners expect from Audible, Libro.fm, and Chirp.

Light & dark themes

The widget defaults to a charcoal dark background. Add &theme=light to your embed URL for a transparent background that blends with any page design.

Accent color

Match the widget's highlight color to your brand. Add &accent= to the embed URL with any hex code and filter tab highlights and Featured badges update to match.

Cover images from Notion

Add a cover image or paste a direct image URL into your Notion database and it appears on the card automatically. External URLs never expire.

Author Store support

Selling direct? There's a dedicated Author Store slot in the retailer row—first in line, before any third-party store.

Scroll-snap grid

Cards snap as you scroll horizontally on touch devices, so browsing on a phone or tablet feels as good as on desktop.

Empty slots stay tidy

If a book isn't on a particular store, that slot is invisible. Your widget never shows broken or empty buttons.

Always in sync

Update your Notion database and the widget reflects it immediately. Publish a new book and it appears the moment its status is set to Published.

Unlimited books + updates

No limit on how many books or series you add. Every future feature is included free, forever.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is this, exactly?
A widget that turns a Notion database into a browseable book shelf you can embed anywhere—your Notion workspace, WordPress, Elementor, Squarespace, Wix, ShowIt, Carrd, or any platform that accepts an iframe. Each book card shows its cover, and icon buttons link directly to every retailer you've added.
Can I embed it on my website, not just Notion?
Yes—that's a core feature. After setup you get both a Notion embed URL and a standard iframe snippet. Paste the iframe into a WordPress Custom HTML block, an Elementor HTML widget, a Squarespace Code block, a Wix HTML iFrame element, a ShowIt Embed widget, a Webflow HTML Embed, a Carrd Embed element, or anywhere else that accepts raw HTML. If the platform allows HTML, the widget works there.
How do I get access after I buy?
You'll receive a private setup link by email the moment you purchase, along with the full setup guide. Setup is a one-time process: connect your Notion database and paste your widget URL into any Notion page as an embed. After that it stays connected and updates automatically.
What does 'lifetime access' mean?
One payment, yours for good. No subscription, no renewal, no monthly fee. Every feature I add in the future is included free.
How many books can I add?
As many as you have. There's no cap from my side—the only limits are Notion's own database limits, which are generous.
Which retailers are supported?
The widget has icon buttons for 28+ retailers: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Kobo, Google Play, Audible, Scribd, Spotify, Libro.fm, Chirp, Downpour, Hoopla, Libby/OverDrive, BookShop.org, Waterstones, Blackwell's, BAM, ThriftBooks, Target, Walmart, Smashwords, Draft2Digital, Gumroad, Payhip, Booktopia, and a slot for your own Author Store, among others.
What if a book isn't on every retailer?
Leave that link blank in Notion and the button simply doesn't appear on that card. Your widget only shows buttons for stores where the book is actually available.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The widget works on Notion's free plan. If you can create a database, you're set.
Can I use a database I already have?
Yes, as long as it has the right property names. The setup guide lists every property and its exact name. If yours are different, a quick rename is all it takes.
I lost my setup link—what do I do?
Email me at kerrie@kerrielegend.com with the address you used to purchase and I'll resend it.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
Not at all. If you can use Notion, you can use this. The guide walks through every step with screenshots.
What's your refund policy?
Because it's a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something isn't working as described, reach out and I'll make it right.
Is this affiliated with Notion?
No, it's an independent tool and isn't affiliated with, created by, or endorsed by Notion Labs.
